Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChartTwo ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service"), including the website, iOS application, wallet features, deposit and withdrawal flows, token tools, leaderboards, and crypto-enabled games. By signing in with Google, creating or importing a Lily wallet, depositing funds, placing a wager, withdrawing funds, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Overview

ChartTwo provides app-managed wallet access, crypto deposit and withdrawal tools, internal game balances, and server-authoritative games such as crash, roulette, coin flip, tower, dice, darts, mines, blackjack, baccarat, poker, and coin slots. Features, assets, networks, games, payouts, limits, and availability may change at any time.

2. Eligibility and Location Restrictions

  • You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You may use the Service only where crypto asset services, online games, wagering, sweepstakes, promotions, and prize-based play are legal for you.
  • You must not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity in a jurisdiction where use would be illegal or require authorization we do not have.
  • You must not be subject to sanctions, appear on any prohibited-party list, or use the Service for the benefit of a sanctioned or prohibited person.
  • You must not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, false identity, or other method to bypass eligibility, age, jurisdiction, sanctions, or compliance controls.
  • We may require additional information, block access, restrict features, close accounts, or freeze activity if we believe eligibility or compliance requirements are not satisfied.

3. Accounts, Wallets, and Credentials

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, Google login, session token, device, wallet, deposit address, and username.
  • You must keep passwords, devices, recovery phrases, private keys, and authentication methods secure. Anyone with access to them may control wallet activity or account access.
  • For app-managed Lily wallets, recovery phrases may be processed and stored so the wallet can be restored for your account. Do not import a recovery phrase that secures assets outside ChartTwo unless you understand and accept that risk.
  • We cannot reverse blockchain transactions, recover assets sent to the wrong address or network, guarantee wallet recovery, or protect you from loss caused by compromised credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information and must not create multiple accounts to evade limits, restrictions, promotions, compliance checks, or responsible-play controls.

4. Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

  • Deposits are credited only after the relevant blockchain transaction is detected, confirmed, accepted by our systems, and matched to a supported asset, network, and account.
  • Game balances are internal ledger entries used inside the Service. They are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts, securities accounts, or insured balances, and they are not protected by FDIC, SIPC, or any similar program.
  • Withdrawals may be processed from pooled wallets or backend-controlled wallets. We may queue, throttle, delay, review, reject, or cancel withdrawals for security, liquidity, maintenance, legal, sanctions, fraud, or operational reasons.
  • You are responsible for destination addresses, networks, memo/tag requirements, wallet compatibility, taxes, gas fees, network fees, and any third-party fees. Transactions sent to incorrect or unsupported addresses or networks may be unrecoverable.
  • We may correct ledger errors, reverse mistaken internal credits, debit duplicate credits, void exploit-related balances, and adjust balances to reflect actual deposits, withdrawals, game outcomes, fees, chargebacks, or fraud findings.

5. Games, Wagers, and Outcomes

  • Games may involve chance, skill, or a combination of both. You can lose the full amount wagered.
  • Game logic and settlement are server-authoritative. A wager is final once accepted by the server, except that we may void, cancel, resettle, or adjust affected play if there is a malfunction, exploit, outage, data error, duplicate request, rejected payment, suspected abuse, or violation of these Terms.
  • Displayed animations, countdowns, balances, odds, prices, histories, and previews are for user experience and may lag behind server records. Backend records control if there is a conflict.
  • We may set or change minimum wagers, maximum wagers, payout tables, odds, cooldowns, withdrawal windows, game availability, bonus rules, and risk controls at any time.
  • Do not wager funds you cannot afford to lose. You may contact us to request account closure, limits, or exclusion from play.

6. Crypto and Market Risks

Crypto assets and blockchain networks involve significant risk, including volatility, liquidity risk, smart contract risk, bridge risk, validator or miner behavior, chain reorganizations, network congestion, forks, failed transactions, oracle or price-feed errors, RPC outages, phishing, malware, and regulatory uncertainty. Prices and balances shown in the Service may be delayed, estimated, or unavailable. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, gambling, or tax advice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, illegal gambling, trafficking, market manipulation, theft, or any unlawful activity.
  • Use stolen funds, compromised wallets, unauthorized payment methods, or proceeds of crime.
  • Exploit bugs, latency, pricing errors, game errors, smart contract issues, duplicate requests, or balance display issues.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, emulators, multi-accounting, collusion, account sharing, or coordinated play to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Interfere with the Service, attack infrastructure, reverse engineer non-public systems, bypass rate limits, probe security, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Harass users, impersonate others, submit false information, abuse support, or make false chargebacks or disputes.

8. Compliance Reviews

We may monitor activity, screen wallets and transactions, request information, use third-party compliance tools, freeze balances, block deposits or withdrawals, suspend accounts, file reports, or share information with regulators, law enforcement, payment partners, or blockchain analytics providers when we believe it is required or appropriate. We are not responsible for losses caused by compliance holds, network freezes, third-party processor reviews, or legal restrictions.

9. Fees, Taxes, and Records

Fees may apply to deposits, withdrawals, swaps, conversions, games, network activity, or third-party payment flows. Fees may be displayed before confirmation where practical, but blockchain and third-party fees can change. You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting, and recordkeeping related to deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, losses, swaps, rewards, and crypto transactions.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to Google, payment processors, on-ramp providers, wallet software, blockchains, RPC providers, block explorers, market-data providers, analytics providers, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, fees, decisions, content, policies, or failures.

11. Intellectual Property

ChartTwo, its software, interfaces, logos, designs, text, graphics, game presentation, and other content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed compliance review, abused the Service, or used the Service from a prohibited location. After suspension or termination, we may continue to retain and review records, block activity, and process any remaining eligible balance as permitted by law and these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, game availability, liquidity, wallet compatibility, or error-free settlement. You use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartTwo and its operators, developers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost opportunities; lost data; loss of goodwill; crypto price changes; network fees; failed transactions; or unauthorized access. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the fees you paid directly to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any undisputed withdrawal of an eligible account balance.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChartTwo and its operators, developers, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your wallet or payment activity, your content, or your infringement of another person's rights.

16. Disputes

Before bringing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for misuse of the Service, intellectual property infringement, or security threats.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

ChartTwo ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ChartTwo website, iOS application, wallet features, deposit and withdrawal flows, token tools, and crypto-enabled games (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account and Profile Information

  • If you sign in with Google, we receive account information such as your email address, name, profile image, Google account identifier, and authentication result.
  • If you set a username, referral, support message, or other profile detail, we collect the information you submit.
  • We may collect eligibility, region, or compliance information if needed to verify that you may lawfully use the Service.

Wallet and Crypto Information

  • We collect public wallet addresses, deposit addresses, withdrawal addresses, blockchain networks, transaction hashes, token symbols, token amounts, gas or network fee details, confirmations, and related metadata.
  • For app-managed Lily wallets, a recovery phrase that you create or import may be processed and stored by our backend so the wallet can be restored for your account. Treat recovery phrases as highly sensitive. Do not import a phrase that secures assets outside ChartTwo unless you understand and accept that risk.
  • Recovery phrases and wallet state may also be stored locally in your browser or app storage to keep wallet features working between sessions.

Game and Balance Information

  • We collect records of wagers, bet amounts, game selections, outcomes, cash outs, wins, losses, multipliers, nonces, session tokens, balance changes, leaderboard activity, and other server-authoritative game events.
  • We maintain internal ledger records for deposits, withdrawals, game balances, bonuses, fees, adjustments, and account restrictions.

Device, Usage, and Security Information

  • We collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, clicks, diagnostics, performance data, crash information, and security logs.
  • We use local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for session tokens, wallet state, cached balances, pending deposits, display preferences, and performance improvements.
  • We may collect fraud, abuse, sanctions, geolocation, VPN/proxy, device integrity, and risk signals to protect the Service and comply with law.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure accounts, wallet features, games, deposits, withdrawals, swaps, balances, leaderboards, and transaction history.
  • Authenticate users, enforce session controls, prevent unauthorized access, and recover app-managed wallet sessions.
  • Settle game outcomes, calculate balances, investigate disputes, detect bugs, correct ledger errors, and prevent cheating, botting, collusion, fraud, chargeback abuse, and other misuse.
  • Evaluate eligibility, apply jurisdiction restrictions, conduct compliance reviews, screen for prohibited activity, and respond to legal or regulatory requests.
  • Operate analytics, monitor reliability, improve app performance, test features, and troubleshoot support requests.
  • Send account, security, support, transaction, policy, and service-related notices.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information as described below:

  • Service providers — hosting, database, authentication, analytics, security, payment, on-ramp, compliance, support, blockchain RPC, indexing, and price-data providers that help operate the Service.
  • Blockchain networks — transactions you initiate may be broadcast to public blockchains and visible to anyone through block explorers, nodes, indexers, and analytics tools.
  • Other users and the public — usernames, public wallet addresses or shortened wallet addresses, leaderboard entries, game history, and public transaction data may be visible in the Service.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance recipients — courts, regulators, law enforcement, sanctions authorities, auditors, advisors, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate.
  • Business transfers — a buyer, successor, or advisor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

4. Public Blockchains

Blockchain activity is public, permanent, and outside our full control. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token movements, timestamps, smart contract interactions, and related metadata may remain available even if you delete your ChartTwo account. We cannot delete or alter records maintained by public blockchains, block explorers, validators, miners, RPC providers, or other third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, logging, and separation between client-side and backend-only operations. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, Google account, session, recovery phrase, and any wallet credentials.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accurate financial and game ledgers, resolve disputes, detect fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect users. Some records, including transaction, game, audit, security, and compliance records, may be retained after account deletion where required or reasonably necessary. Local storage on your device remains until you clear it or the app removes it.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can sign out, clear local storage, revoke Google account permissions, and stop using the Service at any time.
  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of account information by contacting us. We may need to verify your request and may retain information that cannot legally or operationally be deleted.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
  • You can request account closure, limits, or exclusion from play by contacting us.

8. Third-Party Services

Third-party services process information under their own policies. Depending on the features you use, these may include:

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, or under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. International Processing

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from the laws where you live.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service.

12. Contact Us
